The mission of Free New York is to shrink the size of government and to make it more accessible to the citizens in their local communities.
It will do this as an independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit, public policy research corporation that will be the leader in ensuring government reform.
This will be accomplished by reviewing and analyzing and speaking out on existing and proposed government policies, budgets and expenditures.
All Analysis Publicly Released
It will be the main resource for the affiliates of Free New York and it will provide all analysis to the media and the public via press releases, the internet website and hard copy.
